There’s no better time to chase butterflies than Summer, and we think the Brous Blades B3 Balisong is probably the best looking butterfly we’ve seen in quite some time.

Brous’s first butterfly knife, the Brous Blades B3, stays true to the traditional balisong, but there’s definitely a lot of Brous style in the mix. It’s clear to see in the organic lines in handles, as well as the recurved, modified tanto blade.

The Balisong B3 is chock full of the details we’ve come to expect from all Brous knives. It has a specially designed bearing system that make the action smooth as silk, and to deliver a high-quality butterfly knife for avid flippers, the handles are stainless steel.

Brous again impresses us with his ability to distribute weight and lighten up what looks to be a hefty knife. In the B3, weight is kept in check with milled cutouts on the inside of each slab. Jimping along the perimeter of the handles adds grip and control, and the pocket clip is set for tip-up carry. The latch on the B3 is a 3-position latch. This means there’s no interference with your flipping.

The B3 is available in Satin Finish, Stonewash finish, Acid Stonewash Finish, and Blackout Coated Finish. You can find them by clicking the link below.
