The CRKT Forged by War program allows military veterans to design some of the toughest and most versatile tools on the market. The CRKT TECPATL is the latest release from that program.

The CRKT TECPATL was designed by Green Beret Michael Rodriguez, a 21-year veteran of the U.S Army. He understands that anyone can throw a punch, but not everyone can make it count, and that issue is easily solved with the CRKT TECPATL.

The TECPATL is designed to be solid in the closed fist position, but also low profile so it can be used with a sidearm. It’s a 3 3/8” spear point blade crafted of high-strength SK5 Carbon steel. The black powder coating is unique and laser etched into a sugar skull pattern. That’s only fitting, because the TECPATL gets its name from a traditional native Obsidian combat knife.

The sheath is also tactical and low profile. Its molded from high-quality Kydex, and made MOLLE ready from its spring-loaded clip.

The Details

  • 3.375” spear point blade
