Case Worked Slant BolstersHave you seen the new Case Slant Worked Bolsters series with smooth ultraviolet bone handles? Case tells us, “Shimmering, translucent Ultraviolet Bone stops the show in this gorgeous family accented with slanted and worked bolsters and topped off with the Case Diamond shield.” They look a bit different, and we like them.

First, these knives have nickel silver slant bolsters that look like a blacksmith spent time hammering them in at the edge. Then as the bolster gets closer to the end of the knife, it looks a bit like rippled metal. They’re very different from most of Case’s other bolster work.

The smooth bone handles are ultraviolet, which is the richest purple the eye can see. This is great if you’re in the market for something just a little bit different. Accenting the purple handles is a nickel silver Case Diamond shield.

Each knife in this series features Case’s Tru-Sharp surgical steel and has brass pins and liners. The Russlock features one-hand opening and a linerlock. This series is available in the following patterns: Trapper, Mini Trapper, Medium Stockman, Peanut, Muskrat, and Russlock.
