2019 BenchmadeHere’s the first look at the first round of the 2019 Benchmade lineup. They’re all available for pre-order. There are some seriously good-looking knives in this lineup.

There’s a huge internet buzz surrounding the new variations on the Benchmade Freek 560-1. Benchmade has upgraded the look with a red G-10 base and red anodized aluminum barrel spacers which really pops on the black and grey layered G-10 handles. They also upgraded the steel to super durable CPM-M4. They did this all the while keeping all the things you loved about the original Freek.

Benchmade tells us that the 2019 Benchmade 380 Aller is their first collaboration with French knife makers Patrick Famin and Eric Demongivert. It’s a friction folder designed with travel in mind. It should be legal to carry almost anywhere.

It has a 1.6” S30V Wharncliffe with a satin finish. The black G-10 handles have anodized blue liners and hardware. It also has a screwdriver with a pry tip, a micro bit slot, bottle opener, and a lanyard or key ring hole. Finally, the ambidextrous tip-up pocket clip doubles as a money clip.

2019 BenchmadeWe’re incredibly interested in the Benchmade 365 Outlast. Designed to be the perfect all-in-one rescue tool, it integrates a new technology from Benchmade. Instead of the AXIS lock, it has the OPTION lock. Benchmade tells us, “We’ve combined the strength and versatility of the AXIS® lock with two blades, giving you the flexibility needed to get the job done. The S30V drop-point blade opens quickly with the traditional thumb stud and the thicker, fully serrated, opposing bevel 3V blade uses the integrated O2 wrench for rapid deployment.”

Contoured for comfort and slip resistance the 365 Outlast has G-10 handles. It also has a carbide-tipped glass breaker and an integrated rescue hook. For easy carry, it has an ambidextrous, deep carry, tip-up pocket clip.  If you pair this extraordinarily versatile knife with the new Benchmade Ferro Rod, you’ll always have all your bases covered.
