It’s no secret we’re huge fans of an interesting or different opener on a folding knife. One we almost missed out on was the Browning Even Money Folder. Rumor has it Browning has discontinued this series. As such, this might well be your last chance to pick up one of these affordable interesting openers.
To open and close the Browning Even Money, you push the button lock and rotate the handle around until they lock in place. It’s vaguely similar to the action a balisong or butterfly knife. The grey finished 5Cr15MoV stainless steel blade comes with either a drop point or a dagger. Once the knife is open, it locks in place with a liner lock.
This knife has black G-10 scales mounted on an aluminum frame. It also houses a tip-up pocket clip and lanyard hole which doubles as a flat head screw driver.
