Last year Case launched their first ever line of assisted opening knives. Now they’ve done it again with the Case Kickstart TrapperLock. This time they’ve added a cut-out so you can easily reach the thumb stud, making this family of knives even better. With the Kickstart Trapperlock, you can have all the convenience of modern technology with the gorgeous look of a traditional folder.

There are seven different styles in this series, each of which will feature Case’s patented Kickstart Technology.  The Chestnut Jigged Bone and Amber Jigged Bone Kickstart TrapperLock will have Case’s Chrome Vanadium steel, while the remainder will have Tru-Sharp Surgical Steel.

Each knife in this series features a 3-1/8” clip point blade that is deployed via the thumb stud activated assisted opening mechanism. The action on these knives is both smooth and fast. Once open, it securely locks in place with a liner lock.

With a removable, tip-down pocket clip, and a closed length of 4-1/8”, the Case Kickstart TrapperLock folders are the easy carry you’ve come to expect from Case knives. Now you just have the choice of carrying them either in your pocket or via the pocket clip.

As always, each knife features nickel silver pins, bolsters, and an embedded shield. This pattern is available in the following styles: Chestnut Bone CV, Caribbean Blue Bone, Black & White Carbon Fiber, Pocket Worn Old Red Bone, White Synthetic Sparxx, Case 6.5 BoneStag, and Smooth Orange Synthetic.
