Check out the Rough Ryder Sky Titan Framelock. It’s a flashy knife with outstanding action. At only $13, it’s also a very budget-friendly folder.

The Sky Titan has a 3-3/8” tanto tip blade with an acid etched, blue titanium coating. This manual folder opens with either the flipper or brass ambidextrous thumb studs. Because it has the ball bearing pivot, the opening is fast and silky smooth.

Once open, it firmly locks open with a framelock. We have to say, the model we tested locked up beautifully for a $13 knife. There was no blade play in any direction.

Blue titanium coated, acid etched aluminum inserts and brass hardware accent the stainless-steel handles. It also comes with a tip-down pocket clip and lanyard hole.
