Case Tribal Jigged Burnt Purple BoneThe Case Burnt Purple Tribal Jigged Bone series features a new jigging pattern. It looks like they started with a burnt natural bone and then layered on blues, greens, and purples. The layered lines of the jigging combine beautifully with the rich color-scheme to give these knives an “old knife” feel. The result is a beautiful and unique traditional slipjoint pocket knife series.

Another noteworthy feature on these knives is the lack of a shield. They’ve opted to go with the XX engraved bolster instead of a shield, and we heartily endorse their decision. We think it gives the handles a clean, simple look.

There are eight patterns in this series including a Mini and standard-sized Trapper, a Sod Buster Jr., Half Whittler, Sowbelly, Barlow, Cheetah, and a Tribal Lock.

Each knife in this series features Tru-Sharp stainless steel blades and Burnt Purple Tribal Jigged Bone handles with nickel silver ‘XX” bolsters and brass pins and liners. The colors on the handles and the noteworthy jigging are definitely what makes this series so appealing.
