Orange G-10 ESEE Ashley Game KnifeYou won’t be practicing any stealthy ninja skills with the highly visible, orange G-10 ESEE Ashley Game Knife. It’s so brightly orange it all but glows in the dark. That means it fails the invisibility test. However, if you’re using this knife as intended, the lack of stealth is a fantastic thing.

This new version of the Ashley Game Knife features bright G-10 handles. Not only is this full tang knife easy to spot in the thickest of brush, the new handle scales are textured for a slip resistant grip. It also has a large, radiused lanyard hole. If all that doesn’t help protect your hands, the 4.75” handles have an integral finger guard.

The 3.5” 1095 carbon steel drop point blade is black oxide stonewash finished with a 55-57 HRC and a blade thickness of .156”. ESEE tells us the 0.875” blade width, “allows for working inside the pelvic cavity of the average whitetail, and the subtle sweep of the blade places the point in line with the handle. This still allows an optimal drop point and an edge that is continually curved.  With no sharpening notch at the choil, you won’t have to worry about the knife catching on hides.”
