Colonel Coon Walnut StockmanAt about $35, the USA-made Colonel Coon Walnut Stockman is a good looking, affordable knife. One of the advantages of the medium-sized stockman is that gives you a ton of utility without taking up much pocket space.

This knife has three 420HC stainless steel blades. The satin finished 3” main clip point blade has a branded blade etch. The 2.125” sheepsfoot and 2” spey blades are useful backup blades which let you keep whittling or working without slowing down to resharpen the main blade.

The walnut handles have a beautiful grain to them. They’re accented by ringed nickel silver bolsters and accented by a cast metal Colonel Coon shield. This slipjoint is 3.75” closed.
