It’s almost summer. Things are heating up, and if you’re a scuba diver, it’s almost time for your next diving adventure. We’ve seen the movie “Into the Blue” like twenty times, and were finally able to notice something other than Jessica Alba in a bikini – like the fact that most divers have knives. Who knew?

Anyway, here are four dive knives you might try out on your next dive.

Kershaw Sea Hunter Blunt Tip (C) – $34.99

The Kershaw Sea Hunter is a slim, lightweight dive knife. And in this version, it has a blunt tip for added no nick safety. Like the regular Sea Hunter, the blade is 420J2 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, while the open-tang construction cuts down on unnecessary weight. Partial serrations on the top of the blade makes it easy to cut through net or line or use the built-in cord-cutter notch. The Sea Hunter’s injection-molded handles have neon accents so they’re easy to see in a marine environment. The Sea Hunter comes with the Kershaw Diver’s Sheath with a press-n-pull mechanism that locks the blade in the sheath and secures it regardless of your position in the water. Depth-compensating leg straps have adjustable quick-release buckles, too. The Blunt-Tip Sea Hunter can make a life-saving difference if you get tangled in line, nets, kelp or anything else lurking under the water. Features: 420 J2 stainless steel blade, blunt tip with line cutter, black/neon yellow co-polymer handle, a 3-5/8″ Bladethat is 1/8″ thick. This knife is 7-3/4″ overall and comes with the aforementioned diver’s sheath.
