CRKT PanacheThe CRKT Panache is a new CRKT serialized limited edition manual folder and the best word to describe it is “solid.” Designed by legendary maker Ken Onion, it has an outstanding build and a seriously sturdy feel in your hand. It’s a solid framelock with a ton of detailed machining. CRKT limited the production to only 550 of these knives so supplies are extremely limited.

The Panache features a satin finished 3.667” CTS-XHP drop point and each blade is individually number. There’s a great looking geometric swedge and a textured fuller. It also has a thumb ramp with some generous jimping which gives this knife a ton of control and a truly unique look. Although the IKBS ball bearing pivot ensures a fast and smooth action, it still has a remarkably solid feel on the opening.

The machined titanium handles have textured black carbon fiber inlays. The pattern slightly resembles a gun stock. It gives an outstandingly slip resistant grip. The custom pivot echoes the same texturing found in both the blade and the handle. There’s jimping on the back spacer which also has a generous integral lanyard hole. It has a custom right-carry, tip-up pocket clip that’s textured to match the rest of the knife.
