The Shenanigan features a black ti-nitride coated, AUS8 tanto blade. AUS8 is a very capable steel that holds an edge well and doesn’t fracture easily. The tanto tip gives the blade two cutting points making your stabbing or slicing cuts a lot smoother and more controlled (but, I just like it because it makes the knife look sexy).
The blade design also includes a small section of serration that will help you get through rope or those pesky zip ties at work.
