If you’re a reader of Knife Newsroom, you might remember reading about great Christmas deals on select Kershaw knives. If not, then no worries! You can find that article here. 2017 marks another great year of deals on these knives and there are a few I’d like to highlight. These deals wont be around long at these prices, so be sure to check them out at smkw.com, or if you want a real treat, send off for their free Christmas catalog.

The first knife I’d like to highlight is the Kershaw Blur. It features a DLC coated 14C28N Sandvik steel blade. This model has 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum handles with Trac-Tec inserts. It has the SpeedSafe opening mechanism and locks into place using a basic linerlock . The Blur has a 3-3/8″ drop point blade and is 4-1/2″ when closed. Kershaw makes this model in the USA. The Blur is now available for $49.99.
The Kershaw Blackout is also available at a fairly good price. This knife was designed by Ken Onion to bring superior performance at a reasonable price. It comes with a 14C28N Sandvik steel blade that’s been black tungsten DLC coated. It opens using the Kershaw SpeedSafe mechanism and locks into place using a linerlock. This model features a black glass filled nylon handle with standard tip-down pocket clip. The blade is 3-1/4″ long and the knife is 4-1/2″ when closed. This Blackout is now available for $33.99.
Next is the Kershaw Cryo II. This knife is a bit beefier than others because it’s a framelock knife with a Hinderer lockbar stabilizer. It comes with an 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade and 410 stainless steel handle. The blade and handle both have a titanium carbo-nitride blackwash coating. This knife opens with the SpeedSafe mechanism but activated by a flipper instead of the standard thumb studs. The pocket clip is set up for deep carry and can be mounted in four positions. The blade is 3-1/4″ in length and when closed the knife measures 4-3/8″. The Cryo II is now available for $23.99.
The Kershaw OSO Sweet is a fan favorite and is no exception to this holiday deal. This version of the OSO Sweet comes with a stonewash finished 8Cr13MoV stainless blade. The blade opens using a flipper and the Kershaw SpeedSafe assisted opening mechanism. It comes with OD green glass filled nylon handle with scale texturing to add grip to the otherwise smooth handle. The knife has a 3-1/8″ spear point blade and is 4” when closed. The OSO Sweet is now available for $16.99.
The last knife on my list is the Kershaw Shuffle. This little knife would make a great stocking stuffer for the knife enthusiast in your life. The Shuffle comes with a 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade that has a bead blast finish. Its handles are made of glass filled nylon and feature Kershaw’s K Texture grip. The handle also has an integrated bottle opener that’s always handy to have. The shuffle has a lanyard hole/emergency screwdriver for easy carrying and increased capability if needed – I like it because you can use it to pry on things instead of the blade. This model features a 2-1/4″ spear point blade and is 3-1/4” when closed. The Shuffle is now available for a mere $4.99.
These holiday deals can make your gift shopping a lot easier and save you some serious cash. I would definitely check out smkw.com and look at all of the Kershaw deals available because this list is just the tip of the iceberg.
