The Ontario Knife Company (OKC) has released two new colors for their assisted opening Rat 1A. The OKC RAT 1A is now available with OD Green and Coyote Tan in addition to black. Best of all, you can get the OKC Rat 1A for about $35.
The 3.5” AUS-8 drop point is satin finished. There’s jimping on the spine, so you can easily choke up on the knife without fear that your hand will slip.
The ambidextrous thumb studs are well-positioned and easily reached for a lightning fast, spring assisted opening. The OKC RAT1A has a secondary lock that reduces the chance of an accidental opening in your pocket. Once open, it stays open with a linerlock.
The G-10 handles are slip resistant and contoured for a comfortable grip. Finally, they have a fully reversible four-way pocketclip which means you can carry this knife tip-up or tip-down on either your left or right side.
