Smoky Mountain Knife Works worked together with Artisan Cutlery to create three exclusive knives based on Artisan’s most popular models. The Artisan Cutlery Copper knives feature all the quality and speed you could ever ask for from a budget folder, but now they’re available with copper handles! Yes, we said it. Copper. Handles. Not only that, but at only $60 each, they’re also incredibly affordable. These Artisan Cutlery Copper knives aren’t light weight folders by any means. They’ve traded off the light weight for a spectacular look and an incredibly smooth, yet solid feel in the hand. Let’s check ’em out.
Like their previous versions, these flippers are still rocking the ceramic ball bearing pivot assemblies for buttery-smooth action. All three knives in this exclusive series feature a D2 blade with a stonewash finish. They lock in place with a liner lock and each model has an ambidextrous, tip-up pocket clip.
The Artisan Cutlery Copper Tradition is a classic flipper with a 4″ D2 drop point blade with a stonewash finish. The handles are about 1/2″ thick and are contoured for a comfortable grip. It also has a lanyard hole for either added security or another way to show off your bling. As the patina develops on this knife, we expect it will be even more rich and gorgeous.

It has an anodized orange pivot collar and a ton of grinds in the handle that give this knife some very subtle (and comfortable) contouring.
