The beefy 4″ D2 tool blade steel has a blade thickness of about 0.16″ meaning it should stand up to heavy-duty use. The recurve tanto shape is great for piercing while the long cutting edge virtually eliminates the need for serrated edges. It rides on a caged ball bearing system that lets the blade open effortlessly. We can tell you, it’s an absolute joy to flip this big blade open every time you use it.
