The USA-made Buck 135 Paklite has been around for a few minutes and now it’s available in colors for only $5 more at about $24! You have a choice of the highly visible Blade Orange Cerakote or the slightly stealthier Plum Brown Cerakote.
The 135 PakLite is a caping knife with a 2.5” modified sheepsfoot blade with a blade thickness of 0.09”. It has a long slicing edge with a slightly rounded tip. There’s jimping along the thumb ramp for slip resistance.
This knife is one-piece constructed and has jimping throughout the handle for a secure grip. It also has an elongated finger choil so you can safely choke up on this knife. There’s also plenty of room for a solid four-finger grip for those with medium sized hands.
It’s 6.75” overall and weigh 1.28 ounces. It comes with a nylon sheath with a belt loop attachment and the sheath weight increases the carry weight to only 2.3 ounces. All that means the PakLite lives up to its name.
