CRKT PietCRKT kept it simple and budget friendly with the Jesper Voxnaes designed CRKT Piet. It has everything you need in a knife for a budget friendly price of about $28. CRKT tells us, “The Piet [pronounced “peet”]… was first sketched in Portland International Airport on the heels of his first-ever visit to the city.” As always with a Voxnaes design it’s a clean and simple yet functional design that is lightweight and pocket friendly.

The Piet features a 2.689” 8Cr13MoV drop point blade with blade thickness of about 0.13”. It smoothly and easily opens with a thumb hole opener. There’s a small finger choil in the blade for an outstanding grip in a variety of positions.

This linerlock has a textured glass-reinforced fiber polyamide handle. The blue backspacer adds a nice pop of color to this classic look. It has an ambidextrous tip-up pocket clip and lanyard slot. It’s 3.759” closed and weighs about 2.5 ounces.
