Zero ToleranceJust in time for the holidays, Zero Tolerance releases the brand new ZT 0640 and a ZT 0456CF sprint run. These are great knives with two different profiles and two different opening mechanisms. However, both knives have outstanding steel and interesting handle materials including green carbon fiber overlays on the 0640.

First, let’s talk about the exciting new Zero Tolerance collaboration with Ernest Emerson. The ZT 0640 is sleek, with clean lines and a great overall look. Contoured for an ergonomic grip with excellent slip resistance, the stonewashed titanium handles feature attractive and unique green carbon fiber overlays on both the front and back handles.

The 3.75” CPM 20CV clip point has a dual finish. The flats have a stonewashed finish and the grinds have a satin finish. This manual folder has brass washers and opens smoothly and quickly with the Emerson Thumb Disk.

Lock up is secure with a hardened steel lock bar reinforced frame lock. Finally, it has an ambidextrous tip-up pocket clip.

Zero ToleranceThe Zero Tolerance ZT 0456CF is a limited quantity sprint run that gives the 0456 a carbon fiber face lift and an upgraded steel.  Keeping the same basic design for Dmitry Sinkevich’s popular custom “The Pole”, the 0456CF has a 3.25” CPM-20V dual finish sheepsfoot with a satin finish on the grinds and a stonewash finish on the flats.

Mounted on a titanium frame, the back scales are stonewashed finish and the front scales are machined carbon fiber for an overall outstanding appearance and incredible slip resistance. The flipper opening is as fantastic as you’d expect thanks to the KVT ball bearings.

Once open, the blade locks into place with a frame lock that is reinforced with a hardened steel lock bar. The ZT 0456CF also has an ambidextrous tip-up pocket clip.
