CRKT Provoke Earth is a new version of the mighty popular Provoke from CRKT. CRKT just gave this unique karambit-styled knife a new color-scheme, a new coating, and hardware. It’s the same cool knife released earlier this year with the same high fidget factor. Let’s look at it.
This Provoke has the same D2 tool steel hawkbill blade that opens with Kinematic technology. To see how that works just check out our previous story. This time around, the Provoke has a new Earth Cerakote finish. That gives this version of the Provoke much more resistance to corrosion and protection for the blade.
This model has also been updated with brown aluminum handles and Torx hardware. It still has the unique pocket clip that sits flush with the handle and is activated by thumb pressure. It’s the first of its kind and pretty easy to use.
