BREAKING NEWS – Tualatin, Oregon – Zero Tolerance has released a fully blackwashed sprint run version of the popular ZT 0456. Marketed as the 0456BW, this knife maintains all of its original components and build quality but is now available in limited quantities in a complete blackwash finish.

If you’re not familiar with the 0456 pattern, Zero Tolerance and Belarusian custom knife maker Dmitry Sinkevich teamed up to produce the 0456. The 0456BW – a sprint run of the o456 based on Dimitry’s popular custom knife, The Pole. The 0456BW features the 3-D rayed handle contours and custom blade shape that defined the original design.

The high-quality CPM-20CV blade steel is wear and corrosion resistant and takes an exceptional edge. The blade’s premium quality is matched only by its good looks—with an appealing blackwash finish. The 0456BW opens with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing system for a quick, easy blade release. A blackwashed titanium frame lock, with a hardened steel lockbar insert, firmly secures the blade open during use.

The 0456BW deftly balances handsome appearance and solid utility. The pivot hardware, aluminum backspacer, and left/right reversible pocketclip are also blackwash finish in this sprint run. On the utility side, the 0456BW offers top cutting capabilities and excellent edge-holding performance making it the perfect tool to take along with you on any bold adventure.
