BREAKING NEWS – Sevierville, TN – Anonymous sources tell us this morning that Zero Tolerance has released a fully functional, Limited Edition Sinkevich 0460 Mini flipper. While Zero Tolerance is known for its hefty, tough as nails, everyday carry knives, our sources tell us that ZT has taken a new and different direction for its latest limited edition release.
The ZT 0460 Mini is an exact, working version of the brand new Sinkevich 0460, but is only 2.46″ closed and weighs in at a minuscule 1.1 ounces. The 0460 Mini features a 1.67″ S35VN stainless steel manual flipper blade and carbon fiber and stonewashed titanium handle scales – just like the original 0460. At 4.125″ overall, the 0460 Mini is just barely over half the size of the original.
Our anonymous source tells us, “This ZT is unbelievable. I have no idea how they did it, but the action is perfect on this tiny knife. When we got them in yesterday, we spent about an our flipping these little guys open and closed.”
The 0460 Mini has the same titanium framelock as the original, as well as a pocket clip that we assume could keep the tiny flipper secure in the pocket watch pocket of your favorite jeans.
According to our source, the 0460 Mini is limited to 300 pieces and will be sold exclusively online by Smoky Mountain Knife Works (smkw.com). We are told that this Zero Tolerance Limited Edition will retail at $275 and will be available some time in the morning hours today. We’ll give updated information as we have it.
