The Boker Plus Nano was designed by David Curtiss of Curtiss Custom Knives and built by Boker. David Curtiss’s custom knives are, “Built to be used. Built to work. Built to last.” The design of the Boker Plus Nano is exactly that: a small, fifth-pocket compatible, everyday carry knife that’s meant to be used (and it’sunder $45).
The standout feature on the Boker Nano is the reversible tip-up or tip-down pocket clip. It is unique and easily used. Boker tells us, “The clip is a special feature: David Curtiss, who is the head of a company for water jet cutting technology, is creating the same filigree-cut custom clip design for our series knives that his custom knives also include.”
The 1.9”, 440C, satin finished, drop point blade has a long-for-the-size slicing edge. It opens with a thumb hole and has significant jimping along the spine.
The contoured black Zytel front scale offers a nice amount of slip resistance. The stainless-steel back ensures comfortable handling.
