SOG Flash FLSlim and sturdy, the SOG Flash FL is a great budget folder. The all stainless-steel build is slim for an easy carry. The manual thumb stud action is smooth and controlled. The lock up is very good. Best of all, you can pick it up for about $20.

Unlike most of the knives in the Flash series, the Flash FL is a manual folder. It opens with easily accessed ambidextrous thumb studs. Once open, the 3.4” 8Cr13MoV drop point blade firmly locks in place with a frame lock with no apparent wiggling or wobbling in any direction.

Quilted for both comfort and added slip resistance, the stainless-steel handles have a nice look. At about 3/8” thick, they also make an easy ride in the pocket. Finally, the has a branded ambidextrous, tip-up pocket clip.
