Tualatin, OR – Zero Tolerance releases the new ZT 0609PUR Sprint Run. The ZT 0609PUR features upgraded blade steel and an anodized purple titanium handle. After the release of the popular 0801TIBLU, this seems to be the year ZT embraces some seriously vibrant colors in their pantheon of knives and we think it’s great!
The 3.4″ CPM 20CV steel drop point has a grey PVD coating. With a blade thickness of about 0.12″, this is a beefy knife that was designed to be a great looking user. The flipper opening is, as always, fast and smooth with the KVT ball-bearing pivot system.
The anodized purple titanium handle has the same awesome texture as the original model except it’s a rich, deep, plumy purple. The R.J. Martin STP (See-Through Pivot) adds an almost steam punk-like appeal. It also has a Zero Tolerance branded, ambidextrous, tip-up pocket clip. Combine that with a weight of less than 4 ounces and this knife makes an eye-catching, lightweight daily carry.
