Want a modern folder with wood handles and D2 steel? Want one at an affordable price? You should check out the Marble’s D2 Wood Linerlock. It’s seriously nice and priced right at $25.
This knife has a 3.25” D2 tool steel modified sheepsfoot blade with a satin finish that smoothly and easily opens with imitation pearl capped thumbstuds. We really like the blade shape on this because it’s beefy enough for some light chopping while retaining a long slicing edge.
We absolutely love the look of this linerlock, but don’t mistake it for just another pretty face. This is a a full-sized EDC that’s meant to be used (but of course, never abused). The wood handles have grooves cut out which not only look great, they add a touch of slip resistance. There’s also a decorative stainless steel backspacer which also improves the grip. The handle is recessed near thumb studs making indexing a breeze. It has a generous lanyard hole for attachments and is a sleek ride in the pocket with no pocket clip to snag on anything. It’s 4.25” closed and weighs 3.56 ounces.
