We all know KA-BAR is almost synonymous with “military knives” and, in fact, the first USSF knife we wrote about was the very traditional fixed blade KA-BAR SPACE-BAR. The KA-BAR USSF Corser takes that tradition in a new direction, and now you can carry a bit of that tradition in your pocket.
The Corser is a manual folder with ambidextrous thumb studs. It features a gray powder coated 3.5” AUS8A Tanto blade hardened to a 56-58HRC with a flat grind and a blade thickness of of 0.114”. It has a washer pivot for a smooth, easy and reliable opening.
This knife is a lockback with a rock-solid lock up. It has textured blue GFN-PA66 handles and an ambidextrous, tip-up pocket clip. The grip on this knife is an excellent blend of slip resistance combined with pocket friendliness. It’s 4.37” closed and weighs 3.2 ounces.
