The 2017 Case Christmas Trapper is finally here. Every year for the past 17 years, Case has released a Christmas Trapper. These trappers are a staple of Case collecting and make a great gift for any Case collector. These Christmas Trappers don’t stay in stock long, so be sure get one before they’re gone.
This year’s Christmas Trappers are quite a bit different from last years. These knives feature embellished Tru-Sharp surgical steel blades. The embellishment has “Case Christmas 2017 Trapper” and the Case logo on the main blade. The blades are polished to a mirror finish and are ready to go from box to display case.
This year, the handles of the Christmas Trappers are made of green smooth bone. The bone features exclusive Case shields that are unique to this series. One shield is a Case sleigh and the other is a bell that says, “Merry Christmas” and features the year. Also unique to this year’s knife is the option to get it with or without the “ugly sweater” engraved bolsters. This engraving is a fun and unique touch to an otherwise blank bolster.
